Inclusion Advisers

Why did you take on this role? and what lies ahead?

We wanted to see more diversity within our county but also be a support for established guiders that may be coming across situations they’ve never faced before. We want to work with all units that need our support setting up workshops about how to support their Young Members as well as looking after themselves.

Tell us your favourite Guiding memory…

Teaching our guide unit how to make Camp Doughnuts! So much mess but they loved it, it’s so lovely to be passing on traditions and skills.
