County Standard
The County Standard
The current Lincolnshire South County Standard was designed and produced
when the County divided in 1959.
At this time there were 7 Divisions and they were represented on the Standard
by the emblems below.
The Standard comprises of the following detail:
The upper half is “colour” – Green (Lincoln Green)
The lower half is “metal” – Gold (yellow bellies)
The Trefoil is on Guide Blue next to the hoist
The County Badge – the Lincoln Imp
The Motto – Be Prepared
